Are children allowed to climb the Leaning Tower?
Children under 8 years old are not permitted to climb the Leaning Tower. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the Leaning Tower accessible?
The Leaning Tower is not wheelchair accessible. Climbing the tower requires ascending approximately 294 steps, so a moderate level of physical fitness is recommended.
Can I bring luggage or large backpacks?
Large bags, suitcases, and bulky luggage are not permitted inside the Leaning Tower. Small bags are allowed but may be subject to security checks.
What should I bring?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your e-ticket, a fully charged smartphone for the audio guide, headphones, and comfortable walking shoes.
What happens if it rains?
