2. Scope of Services
Golden Ticket SRL provides attraction tickets, museum tickets, guided tours, audio-guided experiences, private tours, walking tours, airport transfers, hotel pick-up and drop-off services, train tickets, bus tickets, concierge services, travel planning and itinerary assistance, and other tourism-related services.
3. Booking Process
Bookings may be made through the website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, or in person. A booking is confirmed only after payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euro (€). Prices may be updated before booking confirmation. Once confirmed, the agreed price remains valid unless required by law.
5. Payment Methods
Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, digital payments, bank transfers, and cash where applicable. Payments are processed through secure providers.
6. Ticket Delivery
Tickets may be delivered by email, mobile ticketing systems, third-party supplier platforms, or in person. Customers must verify all booking details upon receipt.
7. Attraction Tickets
Unless otherwise specified, attraction tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold. Certain attractions may require identification matching the booking details.
8. Guided Tours
Customers should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and may not qualify for a refund.
9. Private Tours
Private tours are customized services and may be subject to specific cancellation conditions communicated during booking.
10. Transportation Services
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight, train, hotel, and transfer information. Golden Ticket SRL is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
11. Train and Bus Tickets
Train and bus tickets are subject to the conditions of the relevant transport provider. Golden Ticket may act as an intermediary.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Attraction tickets are generally non-refundable. Guided tours may be refunded if cancelled more than 48 hours before departure unless otherwise specified. Transfer services may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before service unless otherwise stated.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, arrive on time, carry required identification, and comply with attraction and guide instructions.
14. Changes and Service Modifications
Golden Ticket SRL reserves the right to modify services due to operational, safety, supplier, attraction, or force majeure reasons.
15. Force Majeure
Golden Ticket SRL is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or attraction closures.
16. Insurance and Consumer Protection
Golden Ticket SRL maintains professional liability insurance and is a member of the Il Salvagente Guarantee Fund. Customers are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
17. Limitation of Liability
Golden Ticket SRL is not liable for lost property, missed connections, attraction operational decisions, or third-party delays, except where prohibited by law.
18. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to info@goldenticket.travel as soon as possible after the service.
19. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
21. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Golden Ticket SRL, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
