These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Golden Ticket website and the booking of our private tour and experience services in Rome, Italy. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

"Golden Ticket", "we", "us", "our" refers to Golden Ticket, Rome, Italy. "You" or "customer" refers to the individual making a booking or using our website.

2. Bookings

Bookings may be made through our website, via Viator, GetYourGuide, or directly by contacting us. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us (or from the relevant booking platform). We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate information (names, contact details, participant numbers) at the time of booking. Any errors that affect the delivery of the tour are your responsibility.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Italian VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the stated amount.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour date receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

If Golden Ticket cancels a tour (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum participant requirements not being met), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Tour Conduct and Participation

You and all participants in your group must behave respectfully towards our guides, other guests, and any sites visited. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behaviour endangers others or violates site rules.

Participation in certain activities may require a reasonable level of physical fitness. Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or mobility concerns before booking so we can advise on suitability.

6. Liability

Golden Ticket takes all reasonable care to provide safe and enjoyable experiences. However, we are not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss of property unless caused by our negligence.
• Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including severe weather, strikes, or site closures.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from a booking.

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Golden Ticket and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Bookings made through Viator or GetYourGuide are also subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, these terms govern our relationship with you regarding the delivery of the experience itself.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who misuses the website.

10. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
